
The project consisted in the implementation of a CRM data base with a group of web services that allow to populate and manage it (updates, removal of redundant information). All of them have been developed with .NET 3.5.
On the long run, it will allow Axa to have a clearer view of the profiles and expectations of the Internet users, even though there are not clients. Moreover, Axa will be able to galvanize its prospects on other products (cross selling, up selling), but also on other different ways to communicate (mailing, e-mailing, sms).
