‘Avenance Enseignement’, a subsidiary of the Elior Group (preparation and distribution of meals for schools) wants Novedia Consulting to implement a new computer tool for supply management and production.
The goal is to operate the formalisation of the reporting tools, harmonise the line and structure the elements of decision making for the project steering committee.
