Sicap has today announced the launch of Loyalty Consulting services for its operator customers, based on the analysis and benchmarking of real customer behaviour by its partner Novedia.

"Some operators are alarmed by rising churn rates but do not have the benchmarking tools to judge whether their service packages are contributing to the turnover. Others are suffering from poor ARPU but need help segmenting their promotions and value-added service campaigns. Also, very frequently, operators limit their incentives due to uncertainty about Return on Investment," said Dr. Andreas Stehmann, Chief Strategy Officer of sicap.
